I work with teens, adults, and couples, and I tailor each session to meet you where you are while gently inviting growth where you’re ready.

Hi, I'm Luke.
Growing up, I faced my own struggles with anxiety and the pressure to meet others’ expectations. It was hard to feel like I was ever enough. So I get what it’s like to wrestle with OCD, intrusive thoughts, and compulsions that seem to take over your mind - and how to overcome it.  
It’s a tough place to be, and I want you to know that if you’re there right now, you’re not alone. I truly understand the weight of anxiety, trauma, and feeling like your mind is working against you, and I’m here to help you come out the other side, just like I did.
